She completed her DGO from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, and her DNB from Army Hospital (Research & Referral). Dr. Parashar has received advanced training in Laparoscopy and Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) at AHRR, Delhi.

She has also contributed to academic literature, having authored a chapter on Air Quality in the Manual of Assisted Reproductive Technology and Clinical Embryology by Dr. Pankaj Talwar (2012). Additionally, she has been a speaker at workshops on Postpartum Haemorrhage (PPH).

She the worst doctor I have ever met in my first pregnancy she didn't even know that it was my 1st , I had a healthy pregnancy still I had a c section, and still the hospital was good I thought to come to her in my second pregnancy, she just talks very sweetly but she is not good, money minded doctor, I was a CGHS empanelled patient, she use to com late always. On one day she refused for consultation and asked us to pay normal rate if we want consultation, I have even made a complaint but nothing happened.

We got Yogita mam’s reference from a family friend and it truly came as a very good advise. We travelled to India from the UK in my 30th week of pregnancy as we planned to deliver here due to better private healthcare. After consulting a few gynaecologists at different hospitals, we were recommended to meet Yogita ma’am, and we feel very fortunate to have found her. From the very first visit, she explained everything clearly and patiently answered all our questions. I initially believed that doctors generally opt for C-sections as a preventive measure, and I was personally unsure about vaginal delivery due to fear of pain and recovery. Yogita ma’am constantly encouraged and boosted our confidence to try for a normal delivery, explaining everything in a very reassuring manner. Our post delivery follows ups were also a great experience. I am extremely thankful to her for her guidance and support. Highly recommend her — 10/10 for anyone planning their delivery.
